HSE-NN philosophy club

Meetings of the Philosophy club are held twice a month. They combine the format of lectures and seminars, reading philosophical texts, and discussions. Traditionally, one of the club's meetings is devoted to discussing the main issues of the history of philosophy. The second meeting may be devoted to completely different philosophical and literary-philosophical problems. The program of meetings of the Philosophy club also includes popular scientific lectures in the field of social and human science.

Meetings of the Philosophy club are held by professors of the Higher school of Economics, as well as invited experts from leading universities in Nizhny Novgorod. Regularly, the club hosts presentations of research papers on philosophy by students of the HSE and other universities in the city.

Not only HSE students can offer materials for discussion, take part as a speaker or an active listener, but also everyone who wants to do it is welcome (for more information, please contact the scientific adviser or the club manager).
