10th Anniversary All–Russian Scientific Student Conference

On April 22nd, 2026, students of the first and second years of the Master's degree in "Applied Linguistics and Text Analytics" took part in the 10th Anniversary All–Russian Scientific Student Conference of the Higher School of Economics - Nizhny Novgorod in the framework of the "Fundamental and Applied Linguistics" section.

The members of the jury of the section Balakina Yu.V., Merkulova E.N. and Morozova N.N. were pleased to note the high theoretical level of the presented reports, and interesting reliable conclusions obtained as a result of applying various methods of corpus, computational linguistics and text analytics.

Congratulations to all participants of the conference on their successful presentations, and especially to Yin Zehao, a graduate of the ALATA programme and currently a graduate student at the Higher School of Economics, who took 2nd place, and Vlada Andreevna Mironova, a 1st-year graduate student of the program, who took 3rd place.

We wish all the undergraduates of the program who took part in the conference to successfully complete and defend their term papers and dissertations!
