New programme. First intake in 2019.
This programme has been developed for graduates who wish to gain in-depth knowledge in quality management and production systems management, as well as acquire skills in developing and re-engineering business processes and integrated management systems. It builds on the latest managerial practices such as lean production, total quality management, total cost management, Six Sigma, continuous improvement system (Kaizen), agile manufacturing, and quick response manufacturing.
The goal of the programme is to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of firms through training professional managers who must face the consequences of the information revolution, digitalization of production and management, as well as rapid changes in technologies, management approaches and methods. The programme’s graduates are capable solving non-standard tasks in various areas of management, and making rationally sound decisions based on the principles of quality management and lean production.
