Infrastructure

Building

The building consists of six floors and was renovated in 2019.

BLOCKS/ROOMS

Three students stay in one room.

Orthopedic mattress, blankets, pillows, and hypoallergenic bedding are provided for free.

Bed linens are changed weekly.

Each student has their own desk, chair, and closet.

BATHROOMS

Each floor has three bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with five sinks. There are also two shower rooms that each consist of 8 shower stalls.

Bathrooms, shower rooms, and corridors are cleaned daily by professional staff.

KITCHENS

Kitchens are located on each floor and equipped with induction cooktops, microwave ovens, tables, sorting trash cans, and a water heater boiler. A refrigerator and cupboards for holding dishes are located in each room.

LAUNDRY ROOMS, PROVISION OF BEDDING

There is a laundry room (equipped with washing machines and dryers) available for use for an additional fee.

There are also irons and ironing boards available for use.

STUDY ROOMS

There are several study rooms. Each room is equipped with desks and chairs, and Wi-Fi is available.

INTERNET

There is a wi-fi router in each room. The cost is not included in the rental fee and depends on the selected wi-fi plan.

ACCESS AND SECURITY

The building is equipped with fire extinguishers, video surveillance outside the building, video surveillance in public areas, smoke sensors, security alarm, key entry, and 24-hour security.
