Student ID

A Student ID is the first document that you can use to acquire all of your other academic documents listed below.

This document is prepared by your Programme Office based on the directive on your admission / transfer / reinstatement.

To prepare a Student ID, you need to bring a photo to your Programme Office (size 3*4 cm, matte only, both colour and black & white may be accepted).

Your Student ID will be ready within 3-7 business days.

Awarding of a Student ID takes place at the beginning of the academic year.

Pass Card

The Pass Card is valid in all HSE buildings. To get a Pass Card, you need to apply the Pass Desk (Bolshaya Pecherskaya str., 25/12, 1st floor, from 8-00 to 18-30 from Monday to Saturday). Phone inquiries (831) 432-75-98

You must have a passport with you.

Library Card

To join the library, get a library card and password for remote access to electronic library resources (ELR) of the HSE, you need to go to room 311 in the building on Bolshaya Pecherskaya street, 25/12. You must have an electronic pass and a 3x4 cm photo with you. You will also need to read the rules for remote access to the ELR and fill out an application form for obtaining a remote access password.

Scholarship Bank Card

If you are studying on a State-funded place, you will receive a monthly scholarship on a scholarship bank card.
