Student ID
A Student ID is the first document that you can use to acquire all of your other academic documents listed below.
This document is prepared by your Programme Office based on the directive on your admission / transfer / reinstatement.
To prepare a Student ID, you need to bring a photo to your International Office (size 3*4 cm, matte only, both colour and black & white may be accepted).
Your Student ID will be ready within 3-7 business days.
Pass Card
The Pass Card is valid in all HSE buildings. To get a Pass Card, you need to apply the Pass Desk (Bolshaya Pecherskaya str., 25/12, 1st floor, from 8-00 to 18-30 from Monday to Saturday). Phone inquiries (831) 432-75-98
You must have a passport with you.
