How to Get Here

• When traveling by bus, trolleybus, or tram, you can pay for your fare in cash or by card.
• A conductor comes to you and accepts the fare when you enter a public transport. If the transport does not have a conductor, you will need to pay your fare to the driver (in cash) or in validator (by card) yourself.
• In public transport, that is common to give up seats to pregnant women, the aged and the disabled.
• While on the bus, you should be prepared for someone to pass you money.  They aren't being generous, they want you to continue passing their money up until it reaches the driver or the conductor.  Sometimes they will just tap your shoulder, other times they will say "peredaite" or pass this forward.  Just take the money and do the same thing to someone in front of you.  If this happens to you remember who gave you the money as you have to pass them back the ticket.  If you can't reach the conductor or driver, feel free to do this, it's very normal and the easiest way to pay on a crowded bus.
• Fine is stipulated in case of ticketless passage (controllers work at the lines).
• Boarding and getting out is allowed to/from any door.
• Municipal buses as well as trams and trolleybuses stop at all the stops.
• Marshrutkas stop only by passenger's request.
• To hail a marshrutka bus, raise your hand to show that you'd like the bus driver to stop. Make sure you are standing in a visible location so the driver can clearly see you.
• To get off a bus, press the stop button well before your stop, at least 100 metres, to allow the driver to stop smoothly and safely.
• There are few night routes.
• The number 2 tram, 2 bus, or 2 marshrutka go to different places. 

• It is not a good idea to hail a taxi on the street, as there is a good chance of getting a taxi driver who does not have a license. Such people may include actual criminals – you risk not just losing your money.
• Book a taxi using one of recommended apps.
• You can specify the type of fare payment in the app: cash or card.
• Always pay only the price specified in the app at the end of the ride.
• Always fasten your seat belt when you get into the car in the front passenger seat.

1) take the bus No.9 from the bus stop "Revolution Square", and proceed to the stop "Permyakova Street", then walk 270 meters to the Dormitory at Lvovskaya street, 1V.
