Lost Documents

If you have lost one or more migration documents, please let us know immediately by phone +7 910 932 08 16 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) or by email internationalnn@hse.ru!

After receiving the new documents (passport or migration card), you have only 3 days to notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the change in your personal data and apply for a new registration. Therefore, on the day of receiving a new document, you must send its photo / scan to the International Office!
