Migration Registration

Every time when

- you get a new migration card (when leaving-entering the Russian Federation),

- you get a new registration or change your place of residence,

please, let us know by phone +7 910 932 08 16 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) or send a photo/scan of documents by e-mail: internationalnn@hse.ru

In this case, we will be able to control that your documents were issued correctly. We will also remind you Russian migration laws and inform you about the terms of apllication for a new registration or visa.

What is a migration card? Where to get it and how to fill it out?

REGISTRATION IN THE DORMITORY

If you live in an HSE dormitory, you must contact the International Office on the 1st working day after your arrival in Russia to start the registration process

REGISTRATION IN AN APARTMENT

If you live in an apartment, you must submit your documents for migration registration within 7 days from your arrival and then extend the registration.

CHANGING YOUR PLACE OF RESIDENCE

If you are planning to move to a new place of residence in Nizhny Novgorod, please inform International Office.

HOTEL OR HOSPITAL

What to do if you are staying at a hotel or if you have been admitted to a hospital.

CHANGING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

If your personal data has changed or you have received new documents, immediately contact the International Office.
