Aim of Project:

The project is aimed at developing methods for analyzing nonlinear dynamic systems of various natures and complex phenomena in them using methods of theory of dynamical systems, as well as machine learning methods. The project is planned to be implemented in four main directions:

1) study of nonlinear phenomena using nonlinear dynamics methods, development of new methods;

2) application of classical machine learning methods to solve nonlinear dynamics problems;

3) development of new methods for analyzing nonlinear systems using machine learning methods;

4) application of nonlinear dynamics methods in machine learning problems.

The project plans to compare classical methods of nonlinear dynamics and those based on machine learning. Particular attention within the project is planned to be paid to such nonlinear phenomena as multistability and dynamical chaos.
