Travel to Another City / Country

Trip to another city in Russia

If you are planning a trip to another city in Russia with accommodation in a hotel / hostel / apartment, you must fill out a departure form online or in the International Office.

Please note that each hotel (hostel, apartment, dormitory and hospital) must issue a new registration to a foreign citizen. After staying in a hotel (hostel, dormitory, hospital), you must provide the International Office with the original registration issued at the hotel.

After staying at a hotel, hostel, hospital), it is necessary to come to the International Office on the first working day and provide the original registration made at the hotel!

If the hotel (hostel, dormitory, hospital) refuses to provide you with the original registration slip, immediately contact the International Office. Our employee will contact the hotel and try to help you.

Leaving the Russian Federation

If you are planning to leave the Russian Federation due to vacation, personal circumstances, university expulsion or other reasons, you must fill out a departure form online or in the International Office.

If you have left the Russian Federation and plan to return to the university, upon returning to the territory of the Russian Federation on the first working day, you must submit a standard set of documents to the International Office for initial registration.
