Requisites for payment

* If you do not speak Russian, ask somebody to accompany you and help you with translating and filling out documents in Russian.

3. Notarized translation of the diploma

4. Notarized translation of the supplement

To prepare a notarized document, you must provide a notary with a notarized copy of your passport (for foreign citizens)

5*. Notarized translation of diploma into the national language of the country of legalization sewn with notarized translation of the diploma (if translation is needed) + notarized translation of supplement into the national language of the country of legalization sewn with notarized translation of the diploma (if translation is needed)

6. The state fee payment slip. The state fee can be paid at any Sberbank office.

Requisites for payment

5000 rubles of state fee can be paid in one payment. The applicant pays (the applicant is not always the diploma holder)

Up to 45 days without HSE confirmation (by appointment)

Up to 5 days with HSE confirmation (only for foreign students). International Office submits.

Documents for submission to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation:

1. An application (application forms will be provided by staff at the Ministry)

2. A notarized copy of your diploma with a notarized translation into the national language of the country of consular legalization attached

3. Passport

Documents for submission to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation:

1. An application (application forms will be provided by staff at the Department)

2. A notarized copy of your diploma with a notarized translation into the national language of the country of consular legalization attached.

4. A letter signed by V.V. Panova

Please fill in the template form and submit the letter to the Centre for International Student Support by email istudents.support@hse.ru; make sure that you collect the original signed letter at the office of the Centre for International Student Support

5. The state fee payment slip The state fee can be paid at any Sberbank office.

Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation – up to 30 days

Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation – up to 7 days

Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation:

350 rubles - state fee for diploma + 350 rubles - state fee for supplement

Submit documents for legalization to the embassy/consulate of the country, where you intend to use it.

List of documents and processing time depends on the consulate procedures.

Prepare a notarized copy of your diploma and supplements bound together with a notarized offficial translation of your diploma and supplements into the national language of the country of submission.

NB !  You will need to present origianl documents to apply for a notarized copy.

Submit the documents to the Ministry of Justice (3/5 Smolenskiy Bulvar) for certification following the instructions mentioned above.

Submit your original diploma for apostille to the Department for Control and Supervision in the Field of education of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod region following the instructions mentioned above.

Submit the documents to the Consular Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consular legalization following the instructions mentioned above.

Submit documents for legalization to the embassy/ consulate of the country where you intend to use it.
