The Faculty of Informatics, Mathematics and Computer Science conducts educational and scientific-practical activities in the following promising areas:
- mathematics (bachelor's, master's). Scientific projects in the field of fundamental mathematics are conducted by the International Laboratory of Dynamical Systems and Applications (the laboratory was created within the framework of the Megagrants 220 project of the Government of the Russian Federation).
- computer science. The faculty conducts training in the following educational programs: applied mathematics and computer science (bachelor's degree), software engineering (bachelor's degree) and data mining (master's degree). Scientific and applied projects in the field of computer science are conducted by the international laboratory of algorithms and technologies for analysis of network structures (LATAS) (the laboratory was created within the framework of the Megagrant 220 project of the Government of the Russian Federation)
- Business Informatics (Bachelor's and Master's degrees). Scientific and applied projects in the field of business informatics are conducted by the scientific and educational laboratory of the theory and practice of decision support systems (TAPRADESS).
The faculty is ready to offer its scientific and methodological groundwork and accumulated experience in various areas of the directions "Fundamental Mathematics", "Applied Mathematics" and "Business Informatics".
