Russian-Chinese cooperation

From May 5 till 12 a scientific meeting between a Chinese Prof. of Mathematics Bin Yu and a Prof. of the Department of Fundamental Mathematics Pochinka O. was held in Tongji University of Shanghai (China).
During this bilateral discussion the sides achieved significant progress in implementing three-dimensional dynamics with one-dimensional attractor and repeller.
