Paper submittion information

Papers must be written in English and not exceed 15 pages. The initial submission should be formatted according to the Springer Instructions for LNBIP Authors http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-791344-0

Papers should be prepared for blind review (i.e. authors names and affiliations are omitted).

The contributed papers can be submitted in two categories:

  • Full papers (up to 15 pages) should report on novel research results.
  • Research in progress papers (up to 8 pages) can be used to report on preliminary results of ongoing research.

The paper should include an up-to 200 words abstract, which clearly presents the achievement or contribution of the paper, and 3-5 keywords best describing your paper.

Best reviewed papers of the conference will be published in Springer LNBIP.

Local proceedings of the conference will be published in  a special issue of scientific journal of National Research University Higher School of Economics.

The submission must be an original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. A signed copyright form will be requested for papers accepted for publishing.

At least one author should register for the conference and present the paper. Only the registered authors'  papers (at least one author of the paper has paid a registration fee; no multiple papers per one registration fee) will be included in the proceedings.

The authors are responsible for preparing the final manuscript in time for its inclusion in conference proceedings.
