Visa information

If you are planning to come to the BIR 2012 and have not yet started the application process we strongly advise you to do so as soon as possible.
The visa formalities take a certain amount of time.

1. You will need to register for the conference.
2. Complete the  Application for official invitation to the State University - Higher School of Economics
3. Send the filled Application for official invitation and a copy of your passport to the address naseeva@hse.ru

You cannot apply for a visa without that.
