The Conference "2020 International Conference on Mathematical Neuroscience - Digital Edition"

О ведущихся исследованиях.

Science 6 to 7 July 2020, researcher of the laboratory of topological methods in dynamics N.V. Stankevich took part in the International Conference "2020 International Conference on Mathematical Neuroscience - Digital Edition" (ICMNS). ICMNS was first organized in 2015 and is held annually. In connection with the outbreak of CoVID-19, the sixth conference was held on-line. ICMNS is an interdisciplinary conference series bringing together theoretical neuroscientists and mathematicians. The conference is aimed at scientists interested in using and developing mathematical methods for problems in neurobiology.

Stankevich N.V. presented a poster presentation: N. Stankevich, A. Koseska "Dynamics of homogeneous and heterogeneous networks of Hodgkin-Huxley-type of models with bistability between bursting and silent states". The results presented in the report were obtained during the visit of N.V. Stankevich to the scientific group of Dr. A. Kosecka at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Physiology (Dortmund, Germany) in 2019 as part of a project supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). These results were published this year in the interdisciplinary journal CHAOS (Q1) and served as a starting point for the preparation of a joint project, which recently received support from the Russian Science Foundation, implemented at the Higher School of Economics, Nizhny Novgorod.

Detailed information about the conference, as well as the poster are available at the link.
