The Business Administration trajectory is designed for those who are focused on leadership positions and career growth in a large company, or intend to develop companies, departments and projects in conditions of uncertainty. If you do not have a basic education in economics or management, and if you do not have work experience, we will help you to get a management upgrade for further career advancement, launching your business or acquiring additional modern competencies useful for your current position.

The trajectory is implemented in full-time, which includes online courses and blended disciplines. In the context of this trajectory, active learning methods are used, such as business games, trainings, analysis of the best cases, project work, immersion in the professional community, meetings with company owners and top managers, excursions to companies. Great importance during the education is given to project activities implemented in interdisciplinary teams.

The Research Seminar "Contemporary Studies in Business" will help students master competencies in data analysis, conducting applied and scientific research in the field of management. Also, within the seminar, students get all the necessary knowledge and skills for the successful writing and defense of a master's thesis.

The Project Seminar "Management Practices in Business" includes workshops from practitioners, business events, as well as mentoring sessions aimed at supporting project work are provided.

Project work can be carried out in teams or individually. The project can be carried out in the interests of an external customer, the company in which the student works, and it can also be a student's own entrepreneurial project. The topics of the projects may relate to various issues of management of a department or company, during this work the student can learn how to analyze management problems, develop professional management solutions, design organizational structures and processes, plan and implement organizational changes.

Communication with practitioners and experts will contribute to the successful implementation of the project. Students will be able to apply the studied models and tools in practice.

Leading teachers of the Faculty of Management, as well as practitioners from the business side are involved in the implementation of the trajectory.

Interaction with the partners of the programme is based on several directions:

• Representatives of companies give master classes, guest lectures.

• Companies act as a project customers.

• Companies organize excursions, offer internships, and also invite our students to work.

• Potential employers are members of the state examination committees, which evaluate students on the defense of master's theses.
