Course Syllabus

Abstract

Studying on the course "Managing a Project Team" you will learn: - what is a project team, what are the principles of its formation and development; - what kind of processes of project team management are distinguished in the standards of project management; - what kind of personal qualities and professional skills should be developed by a project team member for the project to be successful. On the course, students will learn to: - draw up a project team management plan based on the project WBS, - distribute and document the roles of project participants, - draw up a project team development plan, - manage group interaction, use accessible means of communication and exchange of ideas for information and knowledge management in the project.
