Whose soft skills are softer?

Intercultural interaction

One of the features of studying at the master's program ALaTA is that master's students have to interact with each other in an intercultural environment. In order to train communication skills and increase the effectiveness of collaboration and teamwork, a seminar was organized at which students shared with each other information about what soft skills are necessary to overcome possible difficulties in organizing teamwork, making decisions, responding to conflict situations. The academic director of the program, Edita Nikolaevna Merkulova, and a former graduate from the program, and current PhD student at the Higher School of Economics, Artem Mikulinsky, acted as referees and consultants in the analysis of complex cases.
