Tuition fee

The tuition fee is 220 000 RUB per year in the academic year 2023/2024.

The scheme of admission to the Master's program of the Higher School of Economics-Nizhny Novgorod for foreign applicants from visa countries

From November 1, 2023 to April 01, 2024, selection for budget places (scholarships of the Government of the Russian Federation) is carried out.

From November 1, 2023 to August 13, 2024, the selection for commercial places is carried out.

HSE offers a flexible system of tuition fee discounts for prospective international students. 

The size of a discount for freshmen is based on the portfolio competition results and the results of various academic Olympiads. In the subsequent years the discount depends on the academic results of an international student  and his or her position in the final student ranking.
