You can submit documents, required to participate in the competition for enrolment on the program, in person to the Admissions Office or by mail pknn@hse.ru. When mailing you should indicate that you want to do a master’s degree in Mathematics at the HSE branch in Nizhny Novgorod, Faculty of Information Science, Mathematics and Computer Science.
