Italian Lawyer Guido Ferradini Delivered a Lecture at HSE Nizhny Novgorod
Guido Ferradini, Italian lawyer, Vice-President of the Italian Association of Labour Law Lawers (Associazione degli Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani), Partner at ‘Studio Legale Ferradini & Associati’ delivered a lecture on the reforms of Italian labour law at HSE Nizhny Novgorod.
Guido Ferradini, Italian lawyer, Vice-President of the Italian Association of Labour Law Lawers (Associazione degli Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani), Partner at ‘Studio Legale Ferradini & Associati’ delivered a lecture on the reforms of Italian labour law at HSE Nizhny Novgorod.
During the event he spoke about the current employment rate in the countries of the European Union, the features of legal regulation in different countries, paying special attention to the reform of the legislation in Italy, as well as the current problems in it.
After the lecture the speaker answered different questions, including the questions about labour law in Italy and in the European Union in general.
The students learned about the registration of legal entities in Italy, compensation for moral damages, mediation in employment and civil rights, different types of employment contracts, the Italian judicial system and many more.
