Traditional Summer School for American Students Started at HSE in Nizhny Novgorod
This is the fourth visit of students from Brigham Young University as part of the student mobility programme.
In addition to classes on Russian language and cultural concepts, Russian grammar and history, the Brigham Young University students will also participate in an intensive cultural programme and visit such old Russian cities as Gorodets, Semenov, Suzdal, and Vladimir. Students from Utah will live with Russian families, enabling the visitors to immerse themselves fully in a Russian language environment. HSE volunteers will accompany them around Nizhny Novgorod.
The visiting students represent various specializations, such as doctors, biologists, and physicists. The one thing that links them all is their interest in Russian culture in all its forms.
