Professor Andrey Raigorodskiy will give a talk at the joint seminar sessions of LATNA Laboratory and Niahny Novgorod Mathematical Society. He will give a master class "Random graph processes as models of the web and other complex networks".

You will learn about some models of random graphs whose properties are, with high probability, close to properties of some real networks --- web-graphs, social networks, biological networks, etc.

Professor of Moscow State University.

Employee of Yandex company: the creator of combinatorial and probabilistic methods lab, currently - Head of theoretical and applied research department.

Since 2007 - Professor of Department of innovations and high technologies of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, since 2011 - Head of the Discrete Mathematics Department.

Lecturing at Independent University of Moscow, Yandex School of data analysis. Has lectured at different universities abroad.

In February 2012, he received the Award of the President of the Russian Federation 2011 in the field of Science and Innovation for Young Scientists for major advances in several parts of discrete mathematics and its applications in information technologies.
