Interdisciplinary seminar on project-based learning in engineering education

Семинар в Нижегородском кампусе On October, 1 (Tuesday) an interdisciplinary seminar on "Project-based learning in higher education. Features and problems of the relationship of socio-economic sciences and modern engineering" will take place in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod. The workshop is prepared by talent pool in the competition Towers interdisciplinary research seminars.
The organizers and participants of the seminar will talk about project-based learning, principles, characteristics, both positive and negative aspects of this approach, what exact techniques are already successfully applied in various universities of the country.
Specialists in psychology will formulate principles of professional teams in student groups, and hold a small training and games on the roles distribution within teams.
Finance team will tell how the business responds to the universities initiatives for implemented project-based learning .
Technicians will focus your attention on the need of approach to engineering education, and demonstrate the scope of this study and will focus attention on the importance of this approach in future employment technician.
The workshop is designed for teachers, researchers and all those interested in the project work.
