Impressions from the program of the festival of nationalities "Language Mosaic".

Second year student of the EP "Applied Linguistics and Text Analytics" Van Muhammad Ariff Bin Rahmat and academic supervisor of the program Merkulova Edita Nikolaevna shared their impressions of the festival of nationality.

Impressions of the academic supervisor from the festival:

 "I am still impressed by the bright and colorful event in which I was lucky enough to participate as a moderator of the "Language Mosaic" section on February 15 this year. It's probably good that we share our impressions a few days later, because immediately after it it would be very difficult to single out something most memorable, since all the performances and participants turned out to be extremely original and interesting.  The most general impression is that the holiday took place, fully justifying its name. All parts of the mosaic, each shimmering with their own colors, on the whole created a very beautiful color scheme that fully conveys our love for our native language.We were lucky with the speakers (Ryabov G.P. and Zusman V.P.), who opened the work of our section. They managed to create both a relaxed and working atmosphere from the beginning to the end of the meeting. We also raised serious questions related to the fate of small languages, and plunged into the cheerful atmosphere of the folk dances of Ecuador and Azerbaijan. They listened to songs, read poems, and even held a small quiz in which the participants were asked to guess which poem by A.S. Pushkin is performed in a variety of languages.I would like to thank Anfisa Alekseevna Gorodnova and many other organizers of the festival for the opportunity to once again understand and feel what great wealth we all own.
