Admissions Made Easy for International Students: 2018/2019 Academic Year
On November 15, international student admissions for undergraduate and Master’s programmes opened. This year, prospective students can apply to two programmes simultaneously. They’ll be able to track the application process online in their personal profile on the HSE website where they will receive notifications on the stages of their application’s review and decisions by the admissions committee. The documents for visa invitation can also be submitted there.

Global Business Graduate will organize TEDx Event in Nizhny Novgorod
TED is an intellectual conference which aims at spreading unique ideas. The topics vary from science, art, design, politics, culture, business,global challenges, and technology to entertainment. TEDx project allows people from different countries, cities, Universities, communities to organize indipendent TED-style events. Anastasiya Polozova, Global Business graduate, year 2015, is going to be the first person in Nizhny Novgorod to host this event.

Global Business students visit the annual JKU ball
This year there was even more importance attached to the university ball, as JKU celebrated its 50 th anniversary in 2017. A lot of graduates of the university were present at the ball, among them being the graduates of the last year’s Global Business programme, who either stayed in Austria to continue their education/work or came from their home countries to meet their friends and professors. For the current Global Business students it was an excellent opportunity to meet their elder peers in this informal setting in order to learn about their professional life after the programme and to project their own ways into the future, be it learning or work patterns.

Professor Rogova, Head of Finance department at HSE S.Petersburg, paid GB students in Nizhny Novgorod a by-now-traditional visit as she delivered the course she teaches in the programme, ‘International Finance’.
Guest Speaker Anton Chernotalov: Doing Business in Russia
They say it is impossible to succeed, if you spread yourself too thin and engage in too many activities at a time. Anton Chernotalov's example proves quite the contrary. He is the founder of many a company and runs them simultaneously. He was invited to deliver a guest lecture within the 'Russian Business Context' course and told the Global Business students about his background and current business projects.
Global Entrepreneurs: Uber in Nizhny Novgorod
Within the course "Russian Business Context" GB programme hosted another guest speaker - the operations director of Uber, Nizhny Novgorod - to talk about the Uber pholosophy and operations and how they adjust to the Russian business environment. The students gave their insights on how to improve the service in Nizhny Novgorod.
