Abstract

The course "Family Law" is devoted to the study of family legal relations. The objectives of the course are to provide students with sufficient knowledge about the legal regulation of family relations, as well as to acquire skills for their application in various situations.

  • The objectives of mastering the course "Family Law" are: mastery of knowledge about the main family law institutions; development of practical skills in the application of family law; formation of legal consciousness and legal culture of students

  • Knows the legal terminology used in family law, knows the normative legal acts regulating family legal relations
  • Has the skills to work with scientific literature, normative legal acts, law enforcement practice to answer questions arising from family legal relations, is able to give reasonable opinions on controversial aspects of family legal relations, to argue their position

  • Topic 1. The concept and subject of family law. Family legal relations
  • Topic 2. Legal regulation of marriage relations.
  • Topic 3. Rights and obligations of spouses.
  • Topic 4. Rights and obligations of parents and children.
  • Topic 5. Maintenance obligations of family members.
  • Topic 6. Forms of education of children left without parental care.
  • Topic 7. Application of family law to family relations involving foreign citizens and stateless persons.

    Description: written work, 10 open-ended questions. Questions are asked within the framework of the topics indicated in the program of the discipline. The list of specific questions is not published in advance.
  • non-blocking Exam
    The exam is conducted orally on tickets. The ticket consists of two questions. The student is given time to prepare an answer - no more than 20 minutes. During the exam, students are not allowed to use notes and tips. The transfer procedure is similar to the return procedure.
