Congratulations to Dmitry Semenov with successful defense of his PhD thesis!

On September 28, 2022, Dmitry Semenov, a junior researcher at the LATAS Laboratory, defended his dissertation on "Robust procedures for identification of  network structures and their characteristics", submitted for the degree of PhD in Computer Science at the HSE.

unanimously recommended that the Dissertation Council for Computer Sciences of the Higher School of Economics award Dmitry Semenov the PhD degree  in Computer Science at the HSE. The Dissertation Council supported the Committee's decision.
