Tuition Fees and Scholarships
Tuition Fee - 500 000 RUB /year
This information is not a public offer. Tuition is paid in rubles in accordance with the terms of the education contract.
Discounts for admission to online master's programs:
- for early conclusion of the Agreement and payment of tuition fees under the conditions specified in paragraph 3.1 of the Regulations;
- for graduates of HSE University's main educational programs or additional professional education programs with a duration of at least 36 hours under the conditions specified in paragraph 3.2 of the Regulations.
Important: discounts are not retained if a student transfers to another HSE University educational program.
The following are the grounds for revoking the discount for full-time online master's programs:
1. disciplinary action against a student, or,
2. a student receiving the following grades at the end of the academic year (before retakes, i.e., based on the first attempts*):
- a grade below 4 on a 10-point scale or a "not passed" grade, or,
- a student failing to attend the final exams without a valid reason.
* Passing - the first passing of an exam in a discipline / retaking an exam for a valid reason (i.e., the first passing after missing an exam for a valid reason).
