The Faculty of Economics at the HSE campus in Nizhny Novgorod is meeting guests from Europe – Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Norway – for its third summer school focused on the Russian economy.

Students from Johannes Kepler University Linz (Austria) as well as students from Brazil and the Republic of Korea prepared presentations and spoke about their studies in Nizhny Novgorod.

HSE Summer University programme is a unique opportunity for students from different countries to increase their knowledge of various subjects. The programme has been held at HSE Moscow three times and is already starting to become a summer tradition. This year, one week of the Summer University programme was held at HSE Nizhny Novgorod for the first time.

Every summer students from Chongqing’s Southwest University of Political Science and Law come to HSE Nizhny Novgorod to study Russian and learn more about Russian culture and cuisine. 

A contest for grants that will see the winner receive the opportunity to enroll in the international MA Global Business programme for free has come to a close. The contest committee has reviewed the results, and the winner has been announced as being Anastasia Shikina, 4^th year BA Management student at HSE Nizhny Novgorod.

Anna Khasyanova, a 2014 graduate of the master’s programme in Finance (specialization in Financial Markets and Banking) passed the selection process and took part in the 20^th International Conference ‘Financial Reporting and Business Communication’.

Sixth annual Summer School on Russian Language and Culture opened last week. This year among the participants of the summer school are students from Austria, Brazil and South Korea.

The Global Business programme interviews one of the accepted foreign students, Julien Keyser from France, to learn about his decision-making process and general thoughts on getting a Master’s degree in Russia.
